Join the 12th Annual Labor Day Clean Up | September 7
On holiday weekends during the summer, beaches take the brunt of the impact. The litter that gets left behind can hurt wildlife and the Lake’s clarity. Be part of the solution! Join Keep Tahoe Blue, Tahoe residents, and visitors in Kings Beach to make a positive impact on the environment by removing litter from Lake Tahoe’s shores before precipitation falls and washes it into the Lake. Labor Day Downhill Mountain Biking at Northstar
Progression on Pedals, September 4 | Designed for and inspired by women! Progression on Pedals (POP) brings female riders of all levels together for a fun evening at Northstar Bike Park, while encouraging leadership and participation in the mountain biking community. Sessions are led by Northstar’s top female Bike School coaches. September 4 is the final session of the summer. Downhill Race Series- Livewire Classic at Northstar, September 6 + 7 | The Northstar Downhill Series brings fast-paced, head-to-head racing to Northstar California Bike Park. The Livewire Classic returns September 6–7 with Beginner and Sport categories racing Sunday, followed by Expert, Pro, and a Chainless race on Monday. Disc Golf in North Tahoe Regional Park
Try your luck at the 18 hole course that meanders through the North Tahoe Regional Park. The course was designed to start at Tee #1 at the top of the hill, however many locals like to start play from Tee #10. All of the volunteers who built the course, as well as the North Tahoe Public Utility District hope you have a great round, and come back to visit us for many more.
